Fundamental to the operation of Emmaus Adventure is the safety of our customers, team and the wider community we interact with through our operation. We are following the latest Covid-19 guidelines and advice that is available, which includes, government and sporting bodies. The ‘We’re Good To Go’ accreditation is evidence that we are following the best possible processes.
Due to the current uncertainty in making plans, if you do book with us, you can make a fully refunded cancellation or postponement, up to 35 days before the activity starts. However If you cancel your booking within 35 days of the start of the activity we will offer the chance to postpone your booked activity to a future date. If a postponed date cannot be arranged we would be able to offer you a 50% refund on your activity booking.
In some cases, we may be in touch with you to say your booking cannot be confirmed due to potential upcoming changes in restrictions that would impact your booked activity. If this is the case then you will have, at least two, of the following options:
– Hold the booking until we can confirm the activity can go ahead (full refund if not).
– Postponing your booked activity to a future date.
– Full refund.
As always it is important that you have adequate insurance that covers your specific needs, including any known medical conditions, travel or activities you plan to do. Please check the details of any policy around travel disruption including delays or cancellations as policies do vary.
