A perfect self contained adventure in a very special place! Spend three days journeying through some of Scotland’s most iconic and remote scenery by the famous West Highland Way and packrafting through Rannoch Moor.

What’s included

  • Train from Rannoch Station back to Bridge of Orchy
  • All food from lunch on the first day to lunch on the last day
  • All packrafting, camping, cooking and expedition equipment (sleeping bags not included)
  • Experienced expedition guide, paddle sports coach and mountain leader David Walsh

Is it for me?

  • This is a wild and remote part of Scotland, having previous wild camping and expedition experience is important 
  • The terrain is varied and in places we will be walking across moorland with no paths
  • The expedition requires everyone to carry a backpack that is approximately 15-20kgs 
  • Although not essential, having packrafted or kayaked before will make the expedition more relaxing
  • Minimum age of 18

Tailored Itinerary Overview
  • Spend three days exploring this beautiful and wild part of Scotland on foot, on water and by train
  • Enjoy fresh baking and good food while wild camping
  • This trips expedition itinerary will be tailored to the group and the prevailing weather (arranged in advance of the trip).
  • Meet at 09:30 at the Bridge of Orchy, next to the river
  • Plan, prepare and pack all of our equipment
  • We will organise our shared transport logistics
